Origami

The art of origami is to make something out of nothing. The art of folding is more to some than just crumpling paper, it is bringing 3d objects out of a 2d world. These day and age artists bring life into something that is lifeless. Style and passion is transferred into these figures and a lifetime can be displayed in these lifelike models. Yoshiwaza the father, shared his vision with the world and described origami as a unique style of art. This started a revolution as many minds were touched by the thought and the race to become an origami master was on.

Origami can be interperreted in many ways that opens up minds and inspires. Origami represents the human desire to change and modify while still using basic logic and rules of geometry. Origami is a brain exerciser as well as a unique art form. It should be used more often in classrooms everywhere.
